Key Business Needs
To generate revenue from the sale of the valuable mid-town real estate, MTA’s HQ at 341/345/347 Madison Avenue, the relocation of mission critical network infrastructure was required.
Design of three new equipment facilities within the immediately adjacent Grand Central Terminal (GCT) to house new fiber equipment, HVAC, UPSs, redundant power feeds, new fiber and copper cabling, cable trays and conduit, PBXs, and IT.
